I DO not recommend anyone shopping here . Bought a dress here and the color faded off on all my belongings first time being worn . Big dissapointment

I finally found the formal dress that I had been looking for, in this store. However, when I put the dress on in the fitting room, I noticed there was a hole in the dress where the threading had come undone that should have attached the end of the zipper to the dress. I brought the dress out and asked the sales associate if I could get a discount because not only had I been searching for this dress in my size, but it was also the last dress in stock. The oriental manager asked me to pay first and said she would have it by the next day (Sunday) at 8 PM (even though the mall closes at 6 PM on Sundays). I didn't feel comfortable paying $90 upfront and I asked if she could fix the dress first and then I would pay for it and she said, "No, you pay first." And I asked, "Well aren't you going to have to fix it anyway if you want to sell it?" And she said, "I will have to send the dress far off and it will take a long time to come back. You pay first and I will fix it for you." And I said, "No, I would rather you fix it first before I pay, I want to see it before I buy it." She insisted that I pay and I walked out of their store. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially considering that they do not allow refunds.

I went to this store with my sister who was looking for a prom dress. We found a dress that looked perfect on her, but one of the snaps that holds the triangle piece behind the corset that keeps skin from showing through was missing. My sister asked if she could get a discount (the dress was originally $270) since the dress was damaged. The cashier went to get another lady (I'm assuming it was the manager). The manager told us she could fix it and to come back in 20 minutes. We left and came back 40 minutes later. The dress was not fixed and when asked, the manager told us that we were supposed to pay first. I told her that she didn't tell us that. She then said that she meant we had to pay first when she said to come back in 20 minutes. She then argued with me about it for several minutes. I finally told her that she either needed to fix it right then or give us a discount. She then told us to come back in 20 minutes. We simply walked away. No dress is worth that. We will not be returning to the store.

Upon walking into this store I was not greeted. I never even saw an associate until I went to the dressing rooms. The associate there was very cold and pointed me into a room and that was that. When checking out the cashier (Valerie I think) never once smiled or thanked me for my purchase or anything. She told me my total then asked credit or debit and handed me my bag. Hmmm won't be shopping here again. Not the way to treat paying customers.
