Great experience. John Karanka my sales rep has kept in touch with me since 2007 (when I bought a new vehicle from him) to see if I was in need of a new automobile and see how our family was doing. When it came time to buy again I contacted him and went in to see what he had to offer in the way of a new vehicle. He was very nice, listened to what I was looking for and directed me to the perfect vehicle. Car buying is usually a very difficult process but John and the rest of the Planet Ford 59 team were all very nice and helpful. In the future I will go back to Planet Ford 59 and John Karanka to buy my next vehicle.

Avoid Planet Ford 59 Humble



My second car purchase from Planet Ford Used Auto is one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I returned because my 1st experience was time consuming, but I can say that the internet sales manager at the time was attentive and listened. He wasn't pushy and I believe his professionalism allowed me to make the right purchase. This was why I returned; however Victor no longer works there. The 2nd time around I had to deal with pushy over zealous salesman. We almost walked away to go to Tejas Toyota 4 times. The salesman named Trey promised things that he could not bring to fruition. He constantly tried to up sale my wife. It took Mark a finance person and Richard the Use Auto Sales manger to finally get me to sign a deal. The salesman had no real concept of numbers and could not give me any realistic answers, which is why Mark stepped in. After Richard offered an ok warranty and convinced me that it makes to buy a Ford vehicle from a Ford dealership. There are upholstery issues that they agreed to fix. We came at the agreed upon time and date for repairs. Once at the dealership we were constantly put on the back burner. My wife had to miss a day of work as a result. After all this time the upholstery is still not up to par. There is still a stain on the back seat and visible sub-par patch work to a cigarette burn. We had to call multiple times and no one returned our calls to establish a time to being the SUV in for repairs. Also I left a message for the president of the dealership and never received call back (ajones@planetford59.com).

Richard, after the purchase was finalized was of little help as well. It is several weeks later and my is complaining the A/C is not working correctly nor has she received her plates. A couple of weeks later I brought my pre-owned Ram 1500 from Enterprise Car Sales and had much better experience. My salesman was Jim Winkle and he had me in the truck with financing in less than 2 hours. I've also received my plates in the mail a week ago. Don't waste your time or money on bad customer service. Ironically if I had asked around prior to my purchase I would have know what expect. Four friends and similar experiences.

Update: I just spoke with the internet sales manger Trey. His boss had agreed to fix my recently purchased SUV as agreed from the beginning of the purchase. Trey told me" they have the parts but will not fix the SUV until I remove my online reviews". This sounds much like extortion to me. Shortly after I spoke with Trey's boss Mr. A. Jones. I was told by Anson the SUV will be ready for pick tomorrow despite me choosing to removing the reviews or not. If your are going purchase vehicle from Planet Ford 59 Humble my advice is avoid both Trey and Richard. Also my wife tells me that her plates have yet to arrive.'

Everyone I met was friendly and willing to help me. I had previously visited Tomball Ford and the general atmosphere of Planet Ford was very different from TF in a good way. John Karonka was very helpful and professional and I feel like I've made a new friend. I will recommend Planet Ford to all my acquaintances.

The salesman made the deal happen! I was actually there to see what a the "black" Ford Escort Sport looked like in person...had already agreed to purchase a "dealer trade" from another dealer. Freddie really sold the dealership's service and demonstrated the most professional and eager attitude I've seen in all my dealings with purchasing a car. He did a really good job! I bought the vehicle because of him...period!

My wife and I had a birthday call from Richard Fuller and he had said they had a lot of good deals. Richard showed us what he thought we wanted and he was right on! The rest of the team also did great 1 new truck and 1 new suv in 2 days!

My experience at Randall Reed's Planet Ford59 was exceptional. My salesperson Stephen Estrada was knowledgeable, kind, courteous, prompt, professional and answered all my questions. From my initial contact to the final sale his service made this experience one of the best new car sales I've ever had. The dealership ensured I was completely satisfied and I had managers personally meeting me after the sale, and contacting me via email and phone to ensure any issues I did have were resolved to my complete satisfaction. To add to this, I feel like I really got a good and fair deal on my new car. If you want to work with a dealership that has integrity, stands behind their word and want to build a relationship with to service your vehicle in the coming years than you should visit PlanetFord59. In addition, to sweeten things up, this dealership gives back to the community. It doesn't get much better than this. Keep it up PF59!
