I never thought the owner would allow his promise and good word be manipulated in a punitive, vindictive way, but that's what happened. In September 2015, after my cat was attacked by a dog, owner Tom called to inform me he would put her to rest and mail her remains home to me. He was very kind and showed great compassion. 8 months later I saw Tom and Donna in public and when I asked about her he said "he would check into it". After an entire year had passed my emails pleading the management to locate and return her was met with a sociopathic punitive response, adding immeasurable suffering to the most painful time of my life. I have never been so hurt or felt so betrayed as I did by the betrayals from Lake Cross. After 14 months my cat was returned without even so much as an apology. It was completely unfair how I was treated by Lake Cross staff , even though I can finally forgive them.

I love my pets; to me they are family. When my two dogs got old, the staff at Lakecross took special care of them. When it was time to put my little one to sleep, the doctor handled my grief with a caring and calming, yet professional touch. She took her time with me, and understood what I needed to get over my grief. The experience would have been a lot more devastating had it not been for her. I will never forget that. When I lost my job, the staff at Lakecross was empathetic enough to help me choose the best, and most cost-effective care I could afford. They went the extra mile to help me. When my puppy got hurt, they took us in immediately without an appointment, diagnosed her, and got us on the road to recovery.



The staff at the front desk greets me by name, and always welcomes me and my pets warmly. They are patient, informative, and just downright nice. And I couldn't ask for better doctors. (I have seen most of the staff doctors at one time or another.) I completely trust Lakecross with my two indoor cats and my new puppy, and I wouldn't take my family pets anywhere else.
