Mama's Pizza Express

This is the absolute worst pizza establishment I have ever dealt with. We ordered a deep dish pan pizza to be delivered and what we got looked nothing like one but the kicker is, the pizza was not thoroughly cooked. The dough was gooey and yet the crust was practically burnt. We stuck it in the oven to see if we could cook it ourselves because we were hungry and it still didn't cook through. When we called to inform them of this, the manager "Nick" said he could not help us because we tried to cook it ourselves and he had no driver available to redeliver a cooked one. He also made a nasty comment about my friend not tipping the driver which she did tip him nice. He claims to have been doing "this" for over 40+ years. In my opinion he clearly still needs to learn how to cook a pizza not to mention better business ethics. He was very rude and instead of being accommodating all he did was make me so angry I hung up on him. So we lost $40 which included a tip and a pizza. DON'T USE THEM!

Mama's Pizza is amazing. The crust is crispy and the sauce is delicious. This is the best Pizza I have had in NC. I recommend trying Mama's Pizza, you won't be disappointed... I sure wasn't
