It wasn't that long ago. I happened to be with my friend. He ordered a bean and cheese burrito . The restaurant was doing lots of construction during the day. Which is very strange and unusual. Construction should be done at night. With no food exposed. Sadly as my friend was eating. He almost chipped his teeth and almost swallowed a small rock. My friend too the burrito back. The male Hispanic adult , possible manager or cook. Thought it was hysterically funny. Then the employee said, " Are going to give us a good review on Yelp "? He was observed laughing hysterically . I myself have never went back. Sadly bad habits are hard to break. Plus: I'm not sure if the cooks are using clean plastic gloves when they touch food. If not I think this is a violation of the ; F.D.A. Code: 3-301.11. D. As we know there are only three ways to properly touch food. ( 1.) Clean sanitized tongs. ( 2.) Clean sanitized spatula . ( 3.) Clean new disposable plastic gloves. Such as how : Subway does it. Notice at : Subway. The cooks wash their hands. No scratches , no cuts on the hands. Clean fingernails. No finger nails that have paint or nail polish. Notice at : Cosco's . At the hot dog stand. The cooks with beards wear a mask. Mostly all the cooks wear a type of hairnet. Or cap to prevent hair from getting in the food. I do hope the ; Health Department can investigate. For public safety . In opinion this can be considered very bad customer service.

I used to like coming here. However: its unclear if they under stand the exact proper use of new clean plastic gloves ? The : F.D.A. Code: 301.11.D. The proper way to touch food is as follows: ( 1.) Tongs. ( 2.) Spatula ( 3.) Clean new plastic gloves. Now its not clear if these so called employees are aware that the only thing we should touch with clean new gloves is food. Food only. When we touch other areas with the new gloves this is cross contamination. This is a major contributing factor in why customers can get sick. Example: The employee uses the bathroom, then touches the bath room door. The employee did wash his hands. However; The door handle was dirty with urine and feces. The employee forgets to wash his hands . So this is how people get sick, with food poisoning. Now we used to enjoy coming here. However : Sadly instead of having construction going on during the day they should wait until the store is closed. Then do construction. When there is no food exposed out in the open. This being the case, it wasn't that long ago. Construction was going on during the day. I purchased a bean burrito. A rock was in the burrito. I could have swallowed the rock or broke a tooth. The female Hispanic adult gave me a burrito free . The male Hispanic adult laughed hysterically as though it was very funny. My entire family stopped coming here. The male Hispanic adult laughed and asked if we were going to give the restaurant a five star on : Yelp. Bad service. I would say visit at your own risk.

The title of this review is all that needs to be said. There is a big variety of choices for such a small cafe. The food is
as good as a swanky place and the prices are definitely
better.
