Great service on our fridge and washer! We had a washer than was off balance and a fridge that leaked slowly, he came out next and fixed both issues in less than an hour for $150. This is much better price than I would pay anywhere else. Glad I didn't need to buy new appliances!

Curtis has taken care of all my appliance needs for years. Does a great job, responsive to my needs and very reasonable .

I called curtis to fix a leaking kegerator fridge. He said the machine was leaking because of the doors, and that once he replaced them, the problem would be solved.



He replaced the plastic doors with poor quality wood doors that are now cracking after a few months. He did a very poor insulation job with cheao foam thats already coming apart.



He has scheduled to come back several times, but is a no call, no show, which is incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. He has made appointments to come back at least 5 times. He wanted more money to fix the real problem, which was clogged pipes. I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau as well as the other user who gave him a poor review.





On top of it all, after I called him today to adress his no-call-no-show, he tells me he's a busy man (which i get, but then don't make appointments you can't keep)! Then he hangs up on me. Worst decision to hire him ever!

He's gotten full of himself - I've had him out for many years too - but this last time he was grumpy on the phone for the appt. and surly when he came to our house.

He groused when I asked him anything - just very small things - like can I wipe the door off -

I couldn't until he removed the glass - he forgot he was supposed to order and bring a gasket for the door - but I didn't mention as I couldn't wait for him to leave. Guess it's time to find a new appliance repairman - he was downright rude. Maybe a midlife crisis or something - he was never that personable but now he acts like a jerk.

I have trusted Curtis for over forty years and is the first person I call anytime one of our families appliances breaks down. Just call if you would the to discuss any further Len Bose (714) 916-0200.

I will shortly see if you are what you say. I'll let everyone know if the first guy or the Curtis is the straight-shooter. I am leaning toward Curtis being in-the-right just by the way he presented himself, which is why I am giving him the chance, but we'll see....I am giving him 5 stars till I know more!

I have a refrigerator in my garage that the only thing working with it was the freezer. I called Curtis to come out. He did no problem. He fix it no problem but 2 days later the same problem happened. I call Curtis to come back out since he gave me a garanteee. Anyways, he came out and charge me $50 to fix it again. I refuse to pay him this because his contract stated that there would no charge for the service call or the part. He wouldn't leave if I didn't give him the money. He was very argumentative. I ended up giving him his $50 so that he would leave me alone. I would definitly not recommed his services to anyone!
