Frank and his assistant replaced two motion detector flood lights for us last Spring. One stopped working less than a year later. Frank did not stand behind his work, or the products, and instead charged us $140 for the housecall to replace the bad unit and another $140 for the light. When questioned about the price of the light, we were told thats what it Coats. We found the light at Home Depo for under $35. We felt taken advantage of and will not use him again.
