My experience here was horrible. I went to inquire about a bad tooth last week. Turns out it was infected. They wanted to pull it the same day. It doesn't take a phd to tell you that you cannot numb an infected tooth. I opted for antibiotics. I had to sign a release for not getting the tooth pulled on that day, well whatever, Ill get it pulled after my antibiotics run out. I called today to get my prescription reupped because my insurance only allows 1 visit a month. So I would have to get it pulled next month. They would not approve the refill of antibiotics due to me signing the form to not have the tooth pulled when it could not be numbed. What do you call an office that treats its patients like cattle? A butcher shop. Avoid at all costs. I should've noticed the red flags of a gyno and dentist office in the same building. Fingers go into dirty vaginas, than someone else's mouth. Nothing but a butcher shop. Unfortunately if you have Medicaid like I do, it seems like you don't get good treatment anywhere you go.
