DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON SPECIAL ORDER. I ordered a sofa on special order and was told it was take 40 days to be ready and set a delivery date for a little bit after it was going to be ready. I called the week before the delivery five times, and no one would give me a time for the delivery or any information. When the day of the delivery came, I finally got through to someone who said that IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 40 DAYS to get it delivered. 80 DAYS TOTAL NOT 40 DAYS AND I WAS NOT WARNED. I had to cancel the couch and get one from Pugh furniture where they are at least honest and the same price. My salesperson was Keithann McCown, after I paid the money, I never heard from her or anyone else again about a delay. I had to call constantly to get any information out of this store. ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. Even though it was going to take double the estimated time, the store never took responsibility or offered me any discount.

I bought a house full Living room, den, two bedrooms, and kitchen furniture ok but when I bought the bedroom we did not have room for the dresser in one bedroom until new house was finished but was told they just started carrying so would be in stock for at least two years went back 10 monthes later to be told it had been discontinued and no way to get the dresser it was the store located rt60 huntington and the salesman name was David when I confronted him he told me that was my story and it was my word agains his he's a liar store ok but do yourself a favor don't trust him

We bought a leather sectional for over $2000 dollars from here in March of 2010. Here it is less than a month later and the thing is falling apart. There is stuffing hanging out already, the back of the recliner is loose, the chaise when reclined flips back with you, and it is built like cheap trailer furniture. When I called and asked to return the couch and get my money back or exchange it for another one I was told that I couldn't do that and that they would repair it. I don't know how they expect to repair a chaise that flips back when it reclines, but what choices do I have. I was told that if they could not fix it they would replace it with the same couch style. Well, who wants the same couch when in less than a month the one you already have has stuffing handing out of it and flips back with you, along with the back on the recliner being loose? We also paid over a $100 for what we were told was a 10 year extended warranty which turns out to be a 7 year warranty just on the fabric and only a 1 year on the structure of the couch from the manufacturer. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE OF THIS JUNK!!!
