Jan's Hallmark Shop

I visted this particlar store location today and found there was an extremely rude sales associated that made it her business to interject in all conversations....she made sure to say to everyone who came in with the coupon from the Southern Living magazine that it didn't apply to their purchase. First of all, the coupon did NOT list all things that it didn't apply too. Secondly, if the store experienced a volume of folks wanting to use the coupon why not put a sign up explaining the restrictions. I was referred to this particular store by the Five Points Hallwark, who by the way was much more helpful. I will not shop this store again. They need to train or hire better persons to represent their store.
