Papa Jacks

Came in this store and purchased a coke and cup of ice. My total was $1.84 cents. I have the cashier who spoke very poor English $5.85 cents. I returned a few minutes later and told the cashier that he did not give me my correct change. I then showed him my police I.D. and he still only gave me $3.00 dollars back. I don't know what country he is from it he can't count. But he sure wants his property protected when he calls for the police. But can't trust me enough to give me back my correct change. Diapointed customer.
