Right at Home

Right at Home caregivers do not show up when scheduled to work and the office does not send anybody immediately, I had to come home from work to take care of my wife and lost a whole day's pay as well. Another employee would clock-in but left at least five times for 3 hours at a time, leaving my wife all alone without any care. This same employee would do her personal business on our time, bring bags of her and other people's laundry and do her wash at our home. This same employee stole several items from the house (over $50 worth) and we were not reimbursed by Right at Home nor did they send a check or replace the stolen items. Right at Home did not adjust their billing for the hours their employee was on the clock and not working. I would not recommend anybody use this agency for their loved one at all.
