I have spent the last couple of months dealing with Resa & Virginia. The lack of communication is horrible. When asked to explain the inflated figures they submitted for financing the stall tactics began. I was looking at a house that was listed for $52,900 and they submitted $98,000 to FHA for financing. I requested a list of the charges so I could understand what I was paying for and Resa told me she wasn't going to deal with this and told me to find another dealer. I did find another dealer and what was discovered is that they had more than likely inflated the costs by 20-30% and could not reasonably explain it to me. Please be careful when dealing with them and make them put things in writing. I have found a reputable dealer and I fully understand all the charges and fees related to my purchase of a new home. The only reason there is a one star rating here is because there was not a place for a negative star.
