Walmart Supercenter

I ordered a set of rings to be sized and was told they would be in in 7-10 days. I called 10 days later to see if they were in and was told I would receive a call when they arrived. 20 days total from when I ordered the rings I called again. Again they told me I would receive a call when they arrived, so I asked why they haven't come in after 20 days when it was supposed to take 7-10 days they said they would check the safe? Finally after being on hold for 10 minutes a different person answered the phone and asked for all of my info again after I had already given it to two different people at this point. She finally told me that the rings were there. You guys need to get it together and communicate better, this isn't acceptable customer service and I will not be ordering anything else from Huron Walmart.

Best prices in town and everyone is so nice and willing to help if you need anything. Will never shop any other place again.
