Applebee's

I was recently eating at this Applebees today and I was not impressed. At first the dinner was going smooth. Then I see a bunch of wait staff gathered at the bar. A woman manager was yelling at all of them for something. I couldn't tell what she was saying but at the end she was yelling I hope you all get fired. Up until then dinner was great. After they all went back to work there was not one server smiling or joking around. My server looked like she wanted to cry. It took over twenty five minutes to get dinner and the food was prepared like slop on my plate. I think it could be a management problem in this restaurant and needs changes made.

We were very pleased our server Bree was wonderful the food was delicious and hot. The wait time was not too long .we had a very good meal and experience

Food & Service we received was good but food did not match menu

Did not receive what advertised on menu & server stated that was way it came but it did not match menu selection.

Server did not offer to check on it or see if that was correct

Told us bruschetta was tomatoes "it is italian bread" knowing it can have items added but bruschetta is italian crusty bread

Don't eat out much but felt we were played to cover it up

Ratings are low

I wasn't really impressed with this place. The service was only fair and the food was marginally ok. Maybe it was an off night, but there are too many other places that I would rate exceptional over this one.
