ACCURATE ROOFING SYSTEMS & CONSTRUCTION

I'd love to say "WE'RE 120% SATISFIED" and leave it at that... but that's not very helpful to you. So here's a much more thorough review. We've been burned plenty of times by contractors that do a "bait and switch" -- their sales guy talks a great game, but the guys who do the actual work have NO business lifting a nail gun. Siding, windows, shower refinishing, leak-proofing, you name it... it's always been HARD for us to find someone who will actually deliver the goods. We finally did find an amazing general contractor (who we now use for everything possible), So when the April hail storm swept through Texas, we were NOT looking forward to having to find someone to handle our roof. We trusted Dave with Accurate Roofing as a general contractor, so we gave them a call. Dave's project manager Ron) was VERY professional. He examined the property alongside the insurance adjuster -- to help avoid any hassles down the road with discrepancies between what the contractor charges and what the insurance company is willing to pay out. When the adjuster's damage estimate came in the mail, Dave explained it completely to our satisfaction. The insurance claim process can be very confusing and unfamiliar (I mean, seriously, how often do we have to navigate it?), so it was really nice to have an experienced voice make sense of it for us. With most contracting companies we've dealt with, there's been a key difference between management and labor (watch for it!): During the three days our roof was being replaced, we saw Dave and Rons truck in front of our house at least once DAILY (and Dave himself up on the roof each time, inspecting the work). That's pretty important to us, because it's apparent that the company takes its work and reputation pretty seriously. The day the work was completed, Dave sent a different guy out to do a final inspection -- after which a crew member was sent up to touch up one particularly complicated spot on our roof. We liked that, because that "extra" step (which, frankly, ought to be part of every contractor's services) tells me that they know doing the work CORRECTLY is as important to their business as it is to our family. Finally, as a small business owner myself, I very much prefer to do business with other local businesses -- not only because I want the dollars to stay in Texas, but because I want to be sure we can get service if we need it. It seems like every time a storm comes through town, a million roofing and siding outfits pop up overnight (most of them sporting out-of-state license plates on their trucks)... so we were very happy knowing that Accurate Roofing Systems is an actual Dallas / Fort Worth company. They'll be right here if we need them. Anyway, like I said: we're 120% satisfied. Thanks, Accurate Roofing Systems and the team.

Dave and Ron with Accurate Roofing Systems completed all work in the specified time and with excellent professionalism. They were onsite most of the time and guarenteed that all work was performed to the highest standards. This job required multiple contractors and Dave and Ron did an excellent job of organizing the work to ensure that it was completed in the shortest time possible. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner or business in need of a highly reputable construction company.

The roof and ridge vents look GREAT! All of our questions were answered quickly and in a very professional manner and the crew did a great job (in the snow!) of peeling off the old roof and replacing the new one as they went along so that our decking would not be exposed to the elements. I like how they did the estimate proposal the estimate shows different options and price range depends on what you select, it was very well prepared and easy to understand. Their crews did a very nice job with the new roof and downspouts they were also very responsive to my special request I asked to have additional touch-up paint job on the beams and sidings, the crews were very polite and professional. We recently replaced our 15 year old roof from wood shakes to tile shingle roofing. A great team of hard working crew was well coordinated, efficient, and we saw a lot of team work. We had 2 new sun tunnel skylights placed in our master bathroom and one in the walk-in closet and they did an immaculate job in fixing those. The new tile roof has given a sensational look to my house making it stand out in the neighborhood. Unlike the other roofers we talked to this team was very approachable and both would return our phone calls on the very same day. They do not charge you a single dollar till the final work is completed great Job Completely satisfied and would highly recommend them for all roofing purposes.
