Terrible customer service! I have been riding for 3 years now and I came to them for a new intertube. I installed it myself with NO problems. Later in the month I need a 2nd tube for my rear wheel. Shortly after installing it the tube explodes. The next day I call and explain the scenario and ask for a replacement. The employee tells me in so many words "I'm out of luck". Based on what I told him he concluded on his own that I had installed the tire improperly and I would need to buy another tube and let them install it for an additional 5 dollars. (plus the cost of another tube) It's funny how I had no problems doing it a month earlier and replacing tubes my entire life! Do yourself a favor and steer away from these creeps... They will be out of business soon with service like this!!!

Very knowledgable technicians. I have the highest confidence in this shop. Better than any other bike shop I've frequented. They built my road bike and maintained it and my mountain bike. Will continue to take all my bikes there and refer all of my friends.

I have purchased numerous bikes and supplies from a couple of their locations. The guys and girls that work there are very helpful with all aspects of biking, and are willing to help regardless of your budget. They have a great service center as well and are very timely with repairs and general tuning. They have such a variety of brands and products, which always gives you more options. If you are just starting or have been biking for years, these folks can definitely make your experience an enjoyable one. Keep up the great work guys, support your local bike shop!
