For more than 30 years, Cape Cod Child Development has served nearly 25,000 families. Each day nearly 1,000 families receive services from the company. It provides full day, year-round child care services; Head Start program services for more than 400 families at nearly 20 sites; early intervention services for children birth to age three with delays or disabilities; and a teen parent program that serves teen mothers, fathers and their children. The company s Families United Network provides educational, interactive play groups, parenting classes and fun activities for families, while interpreter services meet the needs of Brazilian, Portuguese and Spanish families that are new to the Cape Cod, Mass., area and do not speak English.
