I am so sorry that you did not have good service in early December. We just moved into our new location a week and a half prior to your visit. I know that is not an excuse yet we were still working out all the "bugs" of moving. We have been open for 16 years and we always welcome new clients. All of our licensed nail techs have been doing nails for 10-32 years. We do welcome walk in's , but may not always have time that day to service you. We will do our best next time you are in town. second time in a week I have gone into this place with about $100 's worth of nails & wax... "walk-in's welcome" it says on the front... no openings for at least 24 hours??? and they never offered me a card either time. or asked to make an apt. I hope they are just doing that well that they don't need my business~ otherwise they are turning new clientele away!
