Bella Nail Salon

I started going to Bella about 3 years ago when my now mother in law gave me a gift certificate for a mani/pedi. Best pedi I have ever had in my life! I also had them do acrylic nails for me shortly before my wedding. I had none of the problems the other reviewer had, and in my experience everyone there has always been super nice and accommodating.



Every business is going to have a bad day or the occasional unsatisfied customer, but I wonder of the problem with nails separating possibly has anything to do with lotion use? I had that problem occasionally when I lived elsewhere and once I was told the lotion was the culprit and became more careful when using it, the problem pretty much disappeared.



Bottom line, this place deserves a chance.

I had a new set put on less than 2 weeks ago. All of my nails have lifted, except for one and that's because it fell off completely after 5 days! The man, who claims to be the owner, did not apologize for the horrible job he did. He was extremely rough with my nails and and offered no solution to the problem except to redo them. I would not let this man touch my nails again for all the tea in China. My real nails have separed underneath and the fake nails are lifting. Everytime I run my fingers through my hair, my hair gets plucked out and gets stuck under my nails! This place is awful. I had a gift certificate for $45 and had $12 left after this new set. He wouldn't even refund the $12 so I could go elsewhere. I have never ever had this happen. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and no one has done a worse job than Bella Nail Salon on Sunnyside!!!! Stay away from this place and these unapologetic people!
