Health Insurance
Our company offers a range of medical insurance options from various carriers, and we review and quote these options annually to ensure that our clients are receiving the best available coverage. We also have expertise in designing and implementing consumer-driven health plans, such as Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs). We believe that employee understanding of their benefits is crucial for the success of any benefits program, and we provide personal reviews of coverage with employees to ensure they have a thorough understanding of how their benefits work.
Disability Insurance
We also offer disability insurance options, including short-term and long-term coverage, which can provide financial protection for employees during unexpected periods of disability. These benefits can be offered as a set amount (e.g. $600 per week) or as a percentage of the employee's actual income (e.g. 66 2/3%).
Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is a highly valued employee benefit, as it allows employees to receive dental care at least twice per year. Our carriers offer a variety of plan designs to meet the needs of employers, including options with 100% preventive coverage and annual maximums of up to $2,000. While employees can see any dentist, our plans offer discounts for in-network visits.
Vision Insurance
Vision insurance is another benefit that is often utilized by employees on an ongoing basis. Our plans offer low co-payments for frames and lenses, and employees can receive benefits whether they choose in-network or out-of-network providers.

Workers Compensation Insurance
In addition to our core benefits, we also offer supplemental benefits, or voluntary employee benefits, which allow employees to customize their benefits package by selecting from a range of options offered by the employer. These benefits are individual rather than group benefits and are wholly owned by the employee. Some of these benefits can be paid for using pre-tax dollars, which can lower the employer's FICA tax contribution and workers' compensation premiums.
