Such a waste of money calling these people. The woman on the phone sounded like she smokes 3 packs of cigarettes a day. She was all in a fuzz just wasting my time and my money just to be told they don't test for Autism but they are quick to shove pills down my through taking the easy way out. They need to replace that woman with the cigarette voice if she is going to waste people's time and money keeping them on the phone longer than they should. I can see why this place is accepting new patients if they can't do any better than that. So F' it....

The doctor I was seeing, while focused on my condition, didn't do any better than my prior general neurologist. Both cared about how I was doing. Hell starts after insurance settles and the vultures from their billing and collections department come to feed on you. Their correspondence is heartless and is no different than a threat, which is illegal in their profession. The amount I owed was small, but unaffordable due to other meds and expenses I face monthly. They didn't care or didn't read any explanation I provided. They wanted the money NOW, or else. Talk with any practice before you make an appointment. Know how they collect fees owed and how flexible they are.

This has been a VERY disappointing experience the last 12+ months. The staff is either overworked or just extremely inept, either way they have made a difficult time much worse than it was when treatment started. Waiting almost an hour to see my doctor after waiting several months and then only getting a few minutes of my doctor’s time is very disappointing as well.

Very organized office with immediate care. My doctor was great. I was treated with respect and professionalism. I would recommend.

I think that the management needs to improve their management skills as a professional matter, by going back to school and learning what leadership is all about. Keep employees motivated, by given employees raises on a yearly base. You should have meetings with all departments and go over what needs to be improved every month. To make this company successful, you should stop having to many turnovers from employees leaving, by asking them what they want, and provide benefits. Managements need to address their employees there should be more team work and give employees the opportunity to feel they are a team by letting them use their ideas on what should be done. Managements need to use their professional guidance toward employees��� work ethics, communicate with employees more often.
