My home was inspected by John Kidwell 2 months before I moved into my home, missed 3 costly plumbing repairs that any decent home inspector would catch, and refuses to make things right.

inspection.

2. Improper vent pipe was not found in inspection, and sewer gas could have

been ignited by our gas furnace.

3. Back fall not noticed in pipes leading away from kitchen sink that had to

be replaced.
