        Matthew Aderiye started his accounting career in Michigan in 1971 with Ernst & Young. He transferred to Lagos, Nigeria office in 1973 where he was the audit engagement partner of several multi-national clients in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Non-Profit and Financial Institutions. He was the Regional Managing Partner before retiring in 2002. Matthew relocated to Indianapolis in 2021. Rather than spending his time playing golf, his passion, he decided to renew his Michigan CPA license and obtained the Indiana CPA license. He updated his knowledge of US Income Tax by obtaining the Universal Accounting professional certification as Personal Income Tax Preparer, Professional Business Tax Preparer and Professional tax Preparer in 2022. He spent the early part of 2023 tax season preparing tax returns at HR Block. In 2024 he set up MDA Bookkeeping and Tax LLC and registered as a Verified pro with Intuit TurboTax.
