Victory Drive V-Twins

Spoke to Crystal to set up an appointment and was extremely rude when she answered the phone. Should of known from the start. Stated that they opened at 9am and that i could drop my bike off at that time. Arrived to find no one at the business . Left a msg for them. Crsystal calls back 20 min later and states that she told me " we sont open till 10 but you can drop your bike off at 9." ???? This place was great when Rodney and Melissa owned it . What a huge dissapointment... I will take my business elsewhere..

My experience was outstanding... They explained everything in detail and completed the work in a timely fashion... Very reasonable price as well. I will definitely use this shop again!

I would not recommend getting a kids tricycle repaired here. Look for quality used parts when you use Victory Drive.......... Good luck, your really gonna need it.... 1 star because I can't leave 0. Questions?? Just ask me.

Best motorcycle shop in Indy. Good folks that care as much about your ride as you. I have been taking my bikes there since 2008 and have never been disappointed.

I have just recently started going to Victory Drive. And I knew from the get go that these people would take care of my needs, and that they were very knowledegable about getting the parts you need, or whatever you need fixed, etc. They really know what they are doing, and will help you with whatever is needed. I will never trust anyone else with my bike. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Ive been to this shop twice one to buy some pipes and once to look into buying a fairing for my 2010 Harley. the first time i went noone was able to answer my questions and never called me back like they said they would after they got the info i was looking for. the second time the guy at the counter looked at me like i was an idiot and basically said whatever u want we can do. i was uninformed looking for more information since this was going to be a $2000-3000 purchase and i wanted to make sure i was happy with my purchase. he didnt have any answers and didnt want to help me. finally when i was ready to leave another lady tried to help but my mind had been made up that this was not the place i would spend that much money at. I may not have alot of money to spend but i was planning on spending good hard earned money and i couldnt even get treated like a potential customer. this shop has got to be the most unprofessional shop in Indy that i have ever been to and they need to learn how to respect potential clients.
