Certified energy appraisers and a staff engineer are available to perform energy audits, update specifications, provide value engineering, and to make recommendations for economically feasible project solutions. NYCO has an excellent safety record. Continuously improving our safety culture is of primary importance for our company. Our OSHA Recordable Injury Rate ( RIR ) less than is half of the industry average ( 1.3 versus industry average of 5.3 over last 2 years ). We consistently complete projects ( large and small ) without any injuries. NYCO contracts a third party safety consultant to help keep our safety program and safety training up-to-date and to verify that our safety program is being followed.
