I went there after a bad car accident and to have someone manage my anxiety. I liked him alright, but the staff was very rude and condescending. They were snotty and uncaring to say the least. I was diagnosed with PTSD. I have a hard time driving now (anxiety) and ask for rides. I called to cancel ONCE, and the second time months later, my ride cancelled due to an emergency, I called straight away and they said inwasnto be billed $25 for a no show fee and then I received a letter I was not to come anymore. Ok, so some people are rude and just do not show. I am not that way. But the whole point is, I have PTSD and cannot drive, maybe ask? Or consider reading my file? Or calling me to have a phone session or whatever? I thought it was pretty ridiculous that the very reason I needed treatment for is what they turned me away for. Switched to Dr. Grace in Crystal River.
