        Superior Customer Service

        I had the opertunity to visit this kfc while traveling through Ionia on my way to a relatives house. I have to say that the staff there was one of the most customer friendly places that I have visited in quite some time. There were smiles on the crews faces, they were all working together to get my order processed and out and the atomosphere was surprisingly refreshing. It is nice to walk into a place, whether it be a resteraunt or an office and leave there feeling better then when you came in. And I was having a great day as it was... Keep up the great work KFC!
