Muffler Man

Ever since it went to new management, it's a great place. They always do free estimate and are friendly and don't try to push you into buying unnecessary parts. I have taken several of my vehicles here and will continue to do so! Ryan is awesome!

Worst service ever,

had some work done to my car and still the car had problems after that, but this is not the issue. When I tried to send the car back to the place, the manager was the rudest thing I have ever seen in my life, threatening to call the police for me if i ever call them again at the end. and by the way, the old management was WAY nicer and more professional.

For anyone reading this, we are now under new ownership. The previous reviews shouldn't impact your decision on going here, as the new owners are highly experienced, fair and honest.

Had to give it a star because there isn't anything lower! Had an explorer I took in after purchasing it to have the front end inspected as the person i bought it from said it was all new and i wanted them to check it to make sure it was. They took it apart, tires off and took the hubs apart and said yup looks good to me. Charged me $75 bucks and i went about my way confident in my purchase. About 2 months later passenger wheel baring went out. Took it to muffler man to have them install the new one i had bought. They could not get the old one off because it got so hot it welded the nut to the spline. After going to pick the truck up they informed me the wheel baring went out because who ever had it apart last forgot to put the pin back in and it caused the baring to go out. After informing them they had it apart last they quickly changed the subject, when i asked them to fix it for free they laughed at me and said they had no record of my truck ever being there. Would not recommend them to anyone unless your desperate!
