Best car buying experience we have ever had. We were looking for a good car for our teenage son and not spend a ton of money. We came to this location and found a couple we were interested in to possibly purchase. The owner took the time with my husband to speak of the cars, make sure they had the right repairs needed before selling them and gave us a very reasonable price. Absolutely NO misconceptions, upselling or anything like you would typically get when buying a car.

We are planning on buying more cars from this location as they are the most honest and fair place to do business with to purchase a vehicle. These guys really know what they are doing when it comes to car repairs as well. This car looks practically new after they worked on it and it is 13 years old. Absolutely no buyers remorse and the owner was the nicest guy to work with for this purchase. Thank you for putting our faith back into buying a used car at a good price.

Broke my car's front bumper and A/C condenser when hit the front car in the snowy day. I called couple of body shop to repair it and No. 1 Auto repair is a dream team – They are great body shop, excellent service in a timely matter. The Raffy and his team do solid work. They have very good prices too. Raffy was great in keeping me updated, he walked me through the repairs going over all the details. He is great communicator, he picks up the phone every time I called and answered of each and every questions I had as I don’t know much of the auto related things.

If you are looking for an exceptional red-carpet like experience, with honesty and efficiency, u couldn't ask for a better place! Just go to Number One Auto Repair next time.

Best auto repair shop in Iowa city. They are quick and affordable! I called ten different shops and this one was by far the most affordable out of all them.

Very rude employees VERY rude and horrible owners, and I heard from a very close friend that they rip off their employees and brag about ripping off customers. Plus they are ALWAYS LATE.
