At this time I feel bad because Iv always had good service and enjoyed stoping at the market . I hope the owners maybe have some training on customer service to some. Of their employees in conducting in customer service . And to serve the customer . Much needed . Thank you

Hello my name is Diana.. iv been coming in your store for many years and have in enjoyed People the great service. And conventions of of the mini mart for more than 15 years I’m a grandmother and a member of many charatible organizations in the iowacity area . Including. The relief sociaty . Ronald McDonald House . Iowa down town district. And a member of the Rape victim programs . On this day I was needed to pick up and deliver a charitable food box to a family in need . It was a short notice to me to deliver. I didn’t have my bank card or cash on hand to get gas so I gathers up my change . $5 in dimes to hurry to get enough gas to do my dilivery . I was confronted by a young man who was very rude and would not exsept my money . And with a line of customers told me he’s not a bank . And made a spectical of himself . Plz know $5 in dimes I sent that much .and I had it counted out to the $ . I went out to a vender saleing produce and exspland to him my hurry to get the food deliver . And the young man would not take my change. He was happy to help. And exchanged my coins for a $5 bill. I paid for my gas and went to the pimp. The employee ran outside and told me to never return to his store?? He was upset I took his picture . And the only reason was because he wouldent give me his name., I’m a grandmother and enjoy the good people of this community . I was in shock to be treated this way . And hurt to say the least . And money is money rather it’s in change or bills . . $5 in coins shouldn’t make this employee conduct himself in that manner of attacking a old woman on a mission to deliver food. Thank you .
