Thus, I'm transitioning over to an entirely virtual practice model, geared towards continued evaluation and treatment of your sleep apnea patients. I'm working with BetterNight, a comprehensive sleep health virtual platform, to consult with your patients in the safety and comfort of their homes. During the on-line consultation, if sleep apnea is suspected, then a home sleep study (HST) will be shipped directly to the patient's home, and results will subsequently be interpreted by me. If appropriate, treatment options for sleep apnea will then be offered. These options still include CPAP/APAP therapy, oral appliance therapy from a qualified local dentist, surgical options, and weight loss options. Your patients will also have access to a team of over 100 BetterNight sleep specialists to support and guide them to successful therapy outcomes.
