Overall

rude treatment on the phone

Called to ask a question regarding dried herbs and was rudely told by whoever answered the phone that I was not saying "herb" correctly in Chinese. He acted really put out and didnt want to help me. My fault, I guess for speaking ENGLISH ! By the way, I had to give a star.
