Nick's Auto Service

Nick worked on my car for a major repair and it turned out fine. I wanted to continue for regular maintenance. But on last regular basic service, Nick decided to add items without my authorization then CHARGED me for it. I let it go and paid it but still very unprofessional.

This place is also AAA certified but won't accept any AAA coupons nor discounts. And shuttles offered to/from nearby location is only when they feel like it. And oh, “we only do oil changes in the morning” (when it’s convenient for them, not the customer).

Overall, not bad mechanical knowledge, little overpriced, but they need to be more professional and courteous to customers.

He totally ripped me off, as I found out when I called other numerous repair shops. I wish someone has warned me about this. That's why I am writing here to protect others. Do not go to this place. My car got much worse after coming here. Their service is bad, and they are liars.
