Spectrum Collision

Thank you so much to Nick and everyone at Spectrum Collision for returning my car to me today like my accident never happened! It looks as beautiful as the day I bought it!

Nick really went the extra mile and took what should have been a stressful experience and made it actually quite quick, easy and straightforward. He was constantly in touch with me giving me updates on the repair of my car. The process took about a month to complete, however that was due to a hold up by the insurance company and not the shop.

I highly recommend Spectrum Collision. They've been fixing my family's cars for years. Their repair work is unrivaled, but more importantly their commitment to customer service is unlike any I've experienced in the auto industry. Thank you, again and I hope I'm not back too soon!

Don't know how the guy below got his in three days, must have just been a scratch ! I was referred to these guys by Irvine BMW, WOW what a joke these guys are, only had right front fender and light damage on my BMW and it's 33 days later and still not done. These guys should all be wearing clown suits over there. I was told it would only take a couple weeks well, again 33 days later still isn't finished. I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy, by the way since this posting i have run into about 15 others who say they wouldn't refer them either. It kind of makes you wonder if they have people post "good" things about them for them. I WOULD STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AS POSSIBLE. it is 5/30 /14 i got my car back a week ago still isnt fixed properly at all. The wheel is messed up tire has a gash in it these guys are a real class act. funny though i noticed that my review was taken down , looks like need to put the same review on rip off report and a few others so they cant remove bad ones and keep good reviews up top when they are clearly the WORST body shop in orange county.
