After obtaining her undergraduate degree in biomedical science she went on to receive her master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University Of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2012. She is certified by the NCCPA and Texas Medical Board. She began practicing as a primary care provider in 2013. Since that time she has cared for diverse patient populations but her philosophy on providing care has not changed - Know the standards and when to deviate. She strives to stay open minded believing there is always more than one way to help and a patient's care should be personalized to their lifestyle, history and personal preferences. Chazi's passion is women's health. She is adamant that all women should receive proper cancer screenings. In her time away from the office, she enjoys reading, weightlifting, streaming tv shows, DIY projects and listening to all types of music. You can usually find her dancing, laughing and singing with her husband and two children.

After her training, she worked as internist in hospital medicine for six years at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennsylvania. While practicing hospital medicine, she often felt that prevention is better than a cure. With that intention, she transitioned to primary care. Dr. Vattikuti's main interests are women health, preventive medicine, and diabetes care.

Kathy Mohammadi, PA-C, received a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree at the University of North Dakota in 2017. She is certified by the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Kathy worked as an Internal Medicine PA in an inpatient hospital setting and emergency setting before moving to family practice. Kathy also has a degree in Radiology, and has 10 years of experience as a certified Radiology/CT technologist in a variety of hospitals throughout DFW.
