Lady B Hair Braiding

HORRIBLE!!!...I went to get jumbo box braids.When my hair was done i had to ask them to cut the hair coming out the braids. It looked a mess. I was asked to pay halfway through, then Lady B left. One week later, my hair looked like i had it in for months.

I went to get a few goddess braid i was told i dont have a perm and they couldnt do it. It was surprising since Ive worn them before. After she blow dried my hair he said she could get them or twist. I figured twist would of been easier for her. When she was done She didnt have a mirror to show me the back of my hair which turned out to be a different color. Discovering this I called the salon the next business day and asked them to fix it and asked them to please have the twist ready so it would be a easy process. I got their 6 hours after the phone call they made me wait 40 minutes and couldnt see why I was upset that they didnt have the twist ready for me. Although their prices are inexpensive they were rude, unprofessional not
Having a mirror for me to see the back of my head, dont care about customers, lied about prices, and didnt really care
About the service they were providing cause they should of mentioned it to me that the hair didnt match! I guess you get what u pay for!
