Synergy is the BEST around! Ashley and her entire staff are top-notch! Every time I have gone in I am treated like part of their "family."

I had been trying to book an appointment for a massage since January 1st. One appointment was set & canceled without a phone call. Had to take an evening appointment to replace it, but I was unable to get there since it was until 8 o'clock at night. Called to reschedule and was told it would be a month for another appointment. So I ask the lady if I could get the money back. I was told yes I could. The next morning I arrived at 930. Their hours on their website states they open at 9. The doors were locked. Finally door was unlocked. The lady did not know how to refund me so I then had to wait for the owner. After waiting she said that she would not refund me and that I would need to take her to court. She said they had hired a man therapist and they might be hiring someone. I explained I had no interest in doing business with her company and would like my money back adding that I had the receipt. She again refused. Terrible, rude management.
