Venice Supper Club

I was a cook at this restaraunt for over two years and i can gaurantee that the venice does not take the most precautions in serving excellent food. A lot of the food that is served is just heated up in the microwave, or leftovers from the previous days buffet. I wouldnt eat here, nor would i suggest this restaraunt to anybody.

I'm been a patron and also an employee of the Venice. I can assure you, as a former cook, that the greatest attention is taken in providing the best food possible. The standards are very high and there is no tolerance for putting out bad food. That is what has ensured that the Venice is a favored place to eat for many people over many years and through several ownership changes.

The only negative, which for many could well be a positive, is that Frank has brought back many of the older recipes. They are more authentic and more flavorful, but, to me, they are also spicier. I will say that I have a very low tolerance to spice, not even using black pepper on my food, and that everyone I've talked to enjoys the changes. Btw, the buffets are excellent and a real value.
