I was running late & they were still willing to see my daughter and me. The receptionist was sweet & helpful! The nurse, doctor, and audiologist were thorough. Upon checkout, my daughter wanted a squishy toy & the staff were accommodating. Start to finish, the office was wonderful.

There was no getting around some discomfort with the procedure, I guess, but Dr. Bonafede was obviously very experienced, and it wasn’t too bad.
He also seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being, which is not always the case these days.

I went for a hearing test and was extremely pleased with the results.

I walked into the office without an appointment. My nose had been bleeding for close to an hour. I asked if it were possible for me to see a doctor. For it was there or the ER. The woman at the front desk told me to wait a minute. She got me in! The doctor was extremely nice. I told him my story, he started the examination. He ended up cauterizing the vessel. He told me I was a good patient. I go back in 2 weeks for a follow up. Thank you once again.

Dr. B was careful in listening to my experience and symptoms and then explained his reasoning for his decision which I agreed with. I will definitely return to him if I need further treatment
