Dr. Yu earned her BS in Biology from UNLV and her DMD from the University of Pennsylvania with Clinical Honors. To further her expertise in aesthetics and complex cases, she completed a residency in advanced general dentistry at UCLA, where she served as Chief Resident. She then completed a 2-year specialty training program in Pediatric Dentistry at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and became board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. After practicing in New York City for a number of years, she moved back to the west coast to be closer to family.
