Terrible work, terrible service. Did not have correct material when they arrived. Did explain but I am not a plumber, had no idea the trouble it would cause me later. DO NOT USE these people.

I have used this company more than once for clogged drains and toilets as we live in an older home with old pipes. They always come right out take care of the problem and do not over charge! Super company with great people!! Highly recommend !!

The guys who came out to work on my problems were very nice, very professional, and finally solved on going problems that another plumbing company didn't fix right to begin with. I highly recommend Lonestar.

Do not use this Plumbing company. They installed a toilet (that they broke in the first place) in June. Thick black seal was protrudeing from the left side of toilet following install. Some time after I noticed seepage from the left side and back of toilet after flushing. I called Lone Star Plumbing on Friday 12/16 and expressed that the seal was leaking. Was told they would be out Monday 12/19. Never showed up or called as to why. I called that evening. Was told they would be out on Wed. 12/21. Again, no show no call. I called in another plumber today. He confirmend that the seal was not proberly placed when the toilet was installed. The seal was only on the left side of the drain, or off set. His price was a lot cheeper and He also told me the going rate for plumbers in this area. Guess what, Lone Star plumbing was higher than all the rest. My bad, for not checking them out in the first place, I originally called because I like to help local mercahants. But in this case do not reily on Itasca based Lone Star Plumbing.
