Cayuga Nail Spa

Why have a business open until 8pm if there are no employees to fix their own mistakes at 7:30pm??!! This is ridiculous. Normally, I am not one to write reviews, however, I spend over 100$ on a fill and pedicure only to have two nails break down the center not 18 hours later. I rush up the hill to find one person at the counter and another finishing up a set of nails to be told they had no one to fix it that night and to come back the next day. I informed them that this was done the previous day, and that I work all hours they are open but was still told that they had no employees working and to come tomorrow for it to be fixed. This is the worst customer service I have every experienced...especially when being told there are no employees staffed while gesturing to one presently working. If you're charging someone outlandish prices for poor quality that breaks while opening an eyeglass case the VERY NEXT DAY, you should be willing to rectify that. Even if it means you're working until the time posted on your business doors.
