Dr. Collins and all of his staff are wonderful. He has always seen me quickly when I've had a problem, and mommoftwo, gave me pain meds when I've needed them. Have never had any problem with insurance billing and find his prices to be extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

My entire family uses Dr. Collins. We changed from Dr hall because of over billing & waiting over an hour past our app. I have never been over billed at Dr. Collins or have ever waited more than 5 min past my app time.The staff has been great scheduling our appointments around all of our work schedules. We have never had a problem getting any kind of prescriptions either. I do understand any Dr not writing a prescription for a new patient for pain pills. Unfortunately people Dr shop for pain pills. Once you are a regular patient at Dr Collins I'm sure he will take care of any problems you may have.

All four of our family has been seen by Dr. Collins. We have had nothing but great service from Dr. Collins and his staff. They are always friendly, courteous and very easy to deal with. We have had twice a year cleanings, check-ups and dental work and our insurance has not ever been over charged. I applaud Dr. Collins for not handing out pain medication if he didn't believe it was needed. This county (and country) does have a problem with over prescribed pain meds. I have and would recommend Dr. Collins.

Dr. Collins office over billed my insurance. Please read your insurance statement carefully for excessive charges. We have a 1000.00 max for our entire family. Besides that, I came in with an absesed tooth i was in extreme pain and had to go to work that evening. He seen the problem on the xray, i was given a script for an antibotic which i appreciated but it takes a day or two to kick in when i asked for something for the pain to just to get me through a day or two, he refused, saying i dont give out pain medication because the people in this area abuse it. I am not from Jacksboro and even if i were i dont feel like someone should suffer because a town has a reputation. If there is evidence of pain it should be treated. It hurt my feelings and made me furious. I will never go there again.
