The front office staff and the nurse taking all the initial information were very nice and caring. However, Dr. Gupta came in and rushed through my diagnosis, cutting me off when I tried answering his questions and explaining my symptoms. He made me nervous and feel like I didn't know my own symptoms. He even completely wrote off something my Physical Therapist told me about my Lipoma. He was very rude and didn't offer me any suggestions other than not to run if it hurts. Obviously I was there for a reason and that was to find a way to continue to run but manage my pain/symptoms and to make sure nothing more serious was wrong with my hips. Being located in Jackson, KY (and with only 2 local Orthopedic doctors available), I would highly recommend going to another city, possibly Hazard or Lexington for an Orthopedic doctor. I plan on getting another opinion myself.
