Art Van Furniture

Up until our last shopping trip I would not have given you two cents for Art Van salespeople. My wife and I were under the impression they were all liars and cheaters. We were surprised when were greeted by Melissa Martin of the Jackson, MI store. She was extremely honest with us and knew pretty much everything about the mattress we were about to purchase. We really hesitated about going there in the first place but we will probably go back if we can continue to deal with her.

No stars from me and I can not believe how low the standards have gotten for Art Van. I spent 10,000 in that store to get lied to and treated like crap along with their crappy furniture.This was from the stores in Jackson and Taylor both.The only refreshing experience was a salesman frrrrrom the Taylor store by the name of Glenn Priest who was willing to help us out when everybody else was giving us the run around.My advice is to stay far away from Art Van because they are not the store they use to be and the will never see another penny from this family EVER again!!

They are horrible at returns and re-selects for their mistakes. Their salesman lie and they only give you 12 days to pick out new furniture when they warranty your other furniture out.They give you a prorated amount for the damaged furniture so your new furniture will have a new balance you have to pay. They act as if your doing them a favor by shopping their and by sticking to their warranty
