        Overall

        The best employees, both in the office AND in the streets. Always smiling, always helpful. Much more convenient than the Capitol city.

        Poor customer service

        I just called to ask if they would hold my mail at the post office so I could pick it up since I will be going out if town all weekend, well the black lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude!! I'm sorry you actually had to do something at your WORK!!! So lazy! And then she just hung up on me, really?! Very mature lady.
