The service tech quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. He quickly fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I felt that the service tech was very honest. The repair was something simple. Instead of ripping me off by taking advantage of my lack of knowledge with the item, he completed only the necessary repair without taking advantage of the situation.
