        The Best AGENT!!

        The best AGENT in town! They have great insurance and a great staff! They also have free lunch for their customers once a month!! They do things the old fashioned way!! Check them out!!

        Awesome Rates~~Awesome Service!!

        Got a coupon from Mint Magazine and went in for a quote. They saved me over $300 a year on the spot plus I got a $10 target gift card just for getting a quote! It was a really nice office too. I will send all my friends there. Thanks Allstate!! And Thanks BRITTNEY at Stephanie Ando ALLSTATE!

        Very Unprofessional - Poor service - No follow up

        Stephanie Ando Allstate Insurance Co. is a very poorly run Allstate office. Very deceptive practices and poor follow up. They misquoted me causing me to pay close to $1000 more per year than I had to on auto insurance!!! Owner and office manager are not trustworthy individuals. BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM STEPHANIE ANDO ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY IN JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA!
