Certified Climate Control

My AC unit has not been functioning properly for quite some time. I used another company in the past but was disappointed with their services. I discovered Certified Climate Control through an Angie’s List ad. I was very impressed with how professional and thorough Alex was. He arrived on time and was very friendly. Not only was he highly competent, he took the time to educate me on my unit and was able to identify the problems quickly. He provided me with a list of options and helped me prioritize repairs. I definitely recommend Certified Climate Control and will be utilizing their services in the future.

I called CCC after the Synder Heating & Air company quoted $2125 to replace a leaking evaporator coil. This price was equivalent to 2/3 of a new unit installed. The owner of CCC came to my house and thoroughly inspected the air handler and condenser while explaining the methods of testing and expectations of the unit. The pressure gauges revealed the unit need 1 pound of refrigerant. The coil was not leaking as the Synder technician claimed. I will be cancelling my maintenance contract with Synder and enroll in CCC maintenance plans. I can no longer trust a company with service personnel that have no integrity or ethics....So long Synder!!! Thanks CCC!!!
